Monday - Friday we offer Lunchtime classes 12:15-1PM and Fridays, we do it outdoors as long as the weather holds. If not, we just go back inside! Get some fresh air and feel good in your body on your lunch break.

Together, we’ll breathe, meditate, and journal, blending intention-setting with a few magical full moon rituals to help you release what’s weighing you down and create space for what truly supports your well-being.
Expect candlelight, community, and a supportive space to tune in, let go, and realign with the rhythm of the moon.
